AEQUITAS Lab is a research lab situated in Teachers College, Columbia University. Directed by Dr. Renzhe Yu, we conduct sociotechnical research to inform the design, deployment, and evaluation of emerging technologies and algorithms in education and society. We partner with under-resourced educational institutions and marginalized populations to help improve their conditions with responsible data science and AI.
